Rui Nunes, principal investigator at CINTESIS – Center for Health Technologies and Services Research and professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP), was elected to the General Council of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (P.Porto).
The election of the members of that body, which represents the interests of the entire Polytechnic of Porto community, took place last April 12.
The formal inauguration of Rui Nunes’ Office for the 2020/2021 term is scheduled for May 10.
Besides working as a researcher at CINTESIS, Rui Nunes is a full professor at FMUP and president of the Portuguese Bioethics Association.
