A study carried out by researchers at CINTESIS – Center for Health Technology and Services Research draws attention to the psychological effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on chronic kidney patients.
Daniela Figueiredo (CINTESIS/Universidade de Aveiro) explained to Agência LUSA what are the main results of the research work she coordinates. The researcher also warns of the need to provide psychological support to these patients.
