Researchers at CINTESIS argue that physical exercise can and should be used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction, along with medication and under medical supervision. In a study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, the team coordinated by Carlos Martins and Luís Azevedo, physicians, concluded that “physical activity and exercise improve erectile dysfunction, especially aerobic exercise of moderate to vigorous intensity.”
