Osvaldo José Coutinho Correia is an integrated member of the PharmaHTA Research Group of CINTESIS.

He is a Medical Doctor with a specialty in Dermatology and Venereology, as well as Clinical Pharmacology. He worked at the Hospital of São João until 1994 and then at the IPO of Porto until 2001. He was also a member of the Clinical Board of Directors of the Hospital of São João from 1991 to 1994. In 2003, he published the monograph Adverse Skin Reactions to Medicines (Toxidermias).

He is currently the Clinical Director of the Epidermis Dermatology Centre at the CUF Institute in Porto, a Consultant in Dermatology at the Pharmacovigilance Unit of Porto and the Secretary-General of the Portuguese Association of Cutaneous Cancer.

He is a member of several scientific societies, and has more than 115 publications in several areas of Dermatology.
