The dioxins produced by fires endanger public health in the medium and long term due to contamination of water, soil and animals. The alert was given today at SIC Notícias by Conceição Calhau, from Cintesis, who was invited to speak on the program Opinião Pública of SIC Notícias. The researcher insisted on the need to monitor the levels of contamination on the ground.
