The applications to the Summer School 2021 started on June 1st. It will take place online, in July and September, organized by the Department of Community Medicine, Health Information and Decision (MEDCIDS) of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto, with the support of CINTESIS – Center for Health Technology and Services Research.
In this new edition, the Summer School offers students and professionals “a diverse set of courses, workshops, and webinars in the areas of General Practice, Research Methodology, Data Science, Medical Statistics, Bioethics, and the History of Medicine.
The continuing education event aims at promoting the “use of technologies to support hybrid or fully distance learning,” and will take place from July 2 to 15, returning on September 6.
The Summer School is coordinated by Ivone Duarte and Hernâni Gonçalves (CINTESIS/FMUP).
