Susana Sá is an integrated member of the NeuroGen research group of CINTESIS.

She holds a Doctoral Degree in Neuroscience from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP), where she currently works as an Auxiliary Professor. She also holds Degree in Biology from the Faculty of Sciences of the same university.

She is a member of the International Society of Stereology and the Portuguese Society of Neurosciences, and has published several scientific articles in her main areas of research.
