She holds a degree in Health Psychology from the Lusíada University of Porto (2005). She earned her Master in Psychology of Education and Orientation from the Portuguese Catholic University (2009) and completed her Master in Occupational Safety and Hygiene Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, of the University of Porto – FEUP (2013). She completed her Doctorate in Occupational Safety and Health at FEUP in 2019 with the research work “The psychosocial risk assessment: validation of the long version of the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire II (COPSOQ II)”.
She is a researcher and a consultant in different companies of topics regarding psychosocial risks.
