A 14th World Conference on Bioethics, Medical Ethics & Health Law foi adiada para 31 de agosto a 3 de setembro de 2020!

A 14th World Conference on Bioethics, Medical Ethics & Health Law da Cátedra de Bioética da UNESCO vai realizar-se de 11 a 14 de maio, no Porto, com o apoio da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade do Porto (FMUP) e do CINTESIS – Centro de Investigação em Tecnologias e Serviços de Saúde.
Presidida por Rui Nunes, investigador do CINTESIS e professor da FMUP, e por Amnon Carmi, esta Conferência pretende “oferecer uma plataforma para a troca de informação e de conhecimento” nas áreas da Bioética, da Ética Médica e da Lei da Saúde, a nível internacional.
Poderão participar especialistas de áreas distintas, desde profissionais de saúde a advogados, filósofos, investigadores, educadores e professores, bem como membros de comissões de ética, responsáveis de hospitais, associações e organizações, entidades públicas, entre muitos outros.
O prazo para submissão de “abstracts” termina a 31 de janeiro.

The 14th World Conference on Bioethics, Medical Ethics & Health Law of the Chair of Bioethics of UNESCO will be held from May 11 to 14 in Porto, with the support of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP) and the CINTESIS – Center for Health Technology and Services Research.
Presided by Rui Nunes, CINTESIS researcher and FMUP professor, and by Amnon Carmi, this Conference intends to “offer a platform for the exchange of information and knowledge” in Bioethics, Medical Ethics and Health Law, at an international level.
Experts from different areas, from health professionals to lawyers, philosophers, researchers, educators and professors, as well as members of ethics committees, hospital managers, associations and organizations, public entities, among many others, will be able to participate.
The deadline for “abstracts” submission is January 31.
