Isabel Fragoeiro is an integrated researcher of the NursID group, Thematic Line 1 – Preventive Medicine & Societal Challenges of CINTESIS.
She earned her Doctoral and Master Degrees from the Abel Salazar Institute of Biomedical Sciences of the University of Porto (ICBAS), She is a nurse who specialised in Mental Health and Psychiatry from the Nursing School of Lisbon. Her professional experience comprises the participation in the Technical Commission for the support of the Board of the College of Mental Health and Psychiatry Nursing Specialty of the Portuguese Order of Nurses, the direction of the Regional Service for the Prevention of Drug Addiction, and the presidency of the regional delegation of the Alzheimer Association.
She is a Coordinating Professor and a member of the Pedagogical Council of the health School of the University of Madeira (UMa).
