Susana Silva is an integrated member of the research group NeuroGen of CINTESIS.

She holds a Doctoral Degree in Anatomy from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP), where she currently works as an Assistant Professor and is responsible for the Continuing Education Course on Anatomical Dissection of the Human Brain and Neuroanatomy.
