João Carlos Winck, a researcher at Cintesis – Center for Health Technology and Services Research and at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP), analyzed the worrying numbers of deaths due to COVID-19 at home, but also in nursing homes.
The specialist is concerned with the current reality and makes several appeals, in an interview to the TV show Fala Portugal, from Record TV.
