Ana Teresa Pinto e Silva is an integrated researcher of the MicroMed research group at CINTESIS.
She holds a Doctoral Degree in Biomedicine and a Master in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto.
She is a Volunteer Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto, researching in areas such as Microbiology and Pharmacology. She is part of the team that, in 2016, received a Research Fellowship in Medical Mycology from the Infection and Sepsis Group – GIS / Astellas.
