Nuno Vale talked to CNN Portugal about mRNA biotechnology and how it can be used in the fight against COVID-19.
According to the CINTESIS researcher and professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP), “these vaccines have the particularity, in terms of technology, of having a design made by us, a technology that is adapted to what we want. It is a targeted vaccine, almost like personalized medicine”.
