“Psychology, Democracy and Human Rights in the Context of the 2021 Presidential Debate” is the title of the opinion article authored by Miguel Ricou, a researcher at CINTESIS – Center for Health Technology and Services Research and professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University from Porto (FMUP).

The article was published in the journal Expresso, and it argues that “psychology can contribute to the explanation and prevention of phenomena such as fear and the use that is made of it”.
