FMUP, CINTESIS and UNESCO organize the Webinar “Medicine and the Covid-19 Challenge”

The Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP) and CINTESIS – Center for Health Technology and Services Research are organizing the Webinar “Medicine and the Covid-19 Challenge”, together with UNESCO and the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics.

The Webinar will take place on September 10, at 10 pm in Portugal (6 pm in Brasilia).

Rui Nunes, full professor at FMUP and researcher at CINTESIS, will be one of the speakers. The specialist is responsible for the Portuguese Language Countries Division and for the Research Department of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics.

Lincoln Ferreira, chair of the Brazilian Medical Association, will also give a lecture within the scope of this Webinar.

José Hiran Gallo, director of the Federal Council of Medicine will moderate this session and Diogo Sampaio, vice president of the Brazilian Medical Association will comment on the topics presented.
