A study by researchers from CINTESIS – Center for Health Technology and Services Research – and the University of Aveiro warns about the decline in the number of informal caregivers of elderly persons that is expected to occur by the year 2050.
Although common throughout Europe, this decrease is even more worrying in Portugal.
