Reusing drugs from other areas to treat cancer and creating simulation studies with data generated from pharmacotherapy and physiology are the main lines of research of the OncoPharma group, led by researcher and professor Nuno Vale from CINTESIS – Center for Health Technology and Services Research and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto.
