Maria Manuela Ferreira is an integrated researcher of the NursID group, Thematic Line 1 – Preventive Medicine & Societal Challenges of CINTESIS.
She graduated in Nursing from the Dr. Ângelo da Fonseca Nursing School, completed her Master in Public Health at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra and earned her Doctorate Degree in Health Sciences and Technology from the University of Aveiro.
She is a Specialist Nurse in Community Nursing, a title attributed by the Order of Nurses, who has also worked at the Health Administration of the Central Region.
Currently, she works as an Assistant Professor at the Red Cross Nursing School of Oliveira de Azeméis.
