RFI, a French media body that broadcasts around the world in several languages including Portuguese, has reported in its Science magazine that there is a relationship between the well-being of young people and the way they manage their leisure time.

“Roughly speaking, the happiest are those who have good hygiene of life: work or study, good food, sports and social contacts,” says the Gaul communication agency, referring to the study carried out by Cintesis and authored by Paula Rocha, Carlos Franclim and Paulo Santos.
