How are health centers handling the rise in daily cases of COVID-19? How much room is left for other diseases?
This question is answered by André Rosa Biscaia, a researcher at CINTESIS – Center for Health Technology and Services Research working in primary health care, a GP and the president of the National Association of Family Health Units.
“Most of our activity is focused on COVID. It is something that can be maintained for some time, but if it continues, it brings a great distortion to our usual activity, with prejudice to patients with other pathologies,” he says, in an interview with Antena 1.
